Sublimation is a process where a shirt, tile, clock, or other substrate has a design printed on it in a special ink. Heat and pressure are used to transfer the design as a gas so that it becomes part of the substrate, making it vandal-proof and permanent. We use it on moisture-wicking apparel (i.e., Under Armor t-shirts) so that it is still breathable.
